This Code also promotes ethical conduct in the performance of daily activities and reflects the shared values that must be known and respected in order to inspire professional behavior and improve workplace relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Code of Ethics and Conduct has been communicated and distributed to all professionals of LogyTel S.L., who are fully aware of the mandatory nature of its compliance. Communications submitted through the Ethical Channel must be carried out using the dedicated form provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>The Ethical Channel is a communication tool that enables both employees of LogyTel S.L. and third parties to report to the Ethics Committee any situation involving non-compliance with the law, the Code of Ethics, or the internal regulations derived from it.<\/p>\n<p>Ethics Mailbox<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LogyTel has implemented an Equality Plan developed in accordance with current regulations, promoting equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and an inclusive, diverse, and equitable working environment, while also encouraging work-life balance and professional development.<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/logytel.es\/doc\/988900003_01_L_(PROTOCOLO%20DESCONEXION%20DIGITAL).pdf\">Digital Disconnection Protocol<\/a> has also been established in order to promote the responsible and balanced use of technological tools.
